Be Part of the Crew That Makes WI NICA Happen.

Behind every WI NICA event and festival is an incredible crew of seasonal Core Staff volunteers bringing the energy, organization, and community spirit that make our league so special. From creating welcoming spaces to keeping events running smoothly and safely, Core Staff are essential to the WI NICA experience.

The #1 qualification? A strong belief in NICA’s mission, vision, and values—fun, inclusivity, equity, respect, and community. We’ll provide position-specific training, so you don’t need to know it all on day one—we’ve got you.

Core Staff receive WI NICA logo gear, staff swag, and most roles include a season-end stipend as a thank-you for your leadership and to help offset travel expenses.

We’re growing this amazing team! Some roles are conference-specific (North or South), and some may span both—details are in each position description.

Ready to jump in, meet great people, and help create unforgettable experiences for student-athletes, coaches, and families?

Check out the open positions below and apply—we’d love to connect!
