- Female-Led Adventure: This retreat is all about supporting eachother, with incredible female coaches and leaders guiding every aspect of the weekend.
- Skills Clinics: Take your riding to the next level with personalized skills clinics designed to build confidence, technique, and fun on the trails.
- Bike Games: Get competitive (or just have a blast) with exciting bike games that will challenge your abilities and make you laugh along the way.
- Inspiring Guest Speakers: Hear from amazing guest speakers who will share their stories, insights, and inspire you to take on new challenges both on and off the bike.
- Crafts & Activities: Unwind and tap into your creativity with fun crafts and activities—a perfect way to relax and connect with others.
- Camping: Camp under the stars with fellow riders and soak in the nature surrounding this stunning park.
Friday
5pm arrival for female GRiT coaches – set up
6-8pm activities including a night ride 8pm Fireside chats
Saturday
8am coffee and breakfast
9-12 OTB 101 & OTB 201 and other activities
12 Lunch
1pm 201 teachbacks & skills
3pm Trail ride
6pm Dinner on your own
7pm GRiT Chat & other GRiT fun night ride
8pm GRiT Fireside chats
6pm GRiT Athletes & GRiT Allys may arrive for evening camping
Sunday
8am Athletes and GRiT supporting coaches arrive
9-12 Bike skills, GRiT Chats, Games & Teen Trail Corps
12:30 Lunch
1pm GRiT sessions
2pm Fun Ride around Hartman Creek and other fun activities
4pm Good Byes
Female athletes, GRiT Supporting Female coaches who did not attend on Saturday, and GRiT Supporting Male coaches are invited to attend Sunday. You may arrive after 6pm Saturday to camp (no schedule NICA GRiT activities planned) Or arrive Sunday by 8AM.
Male coaches are encouraged to attend on Sunday with their daughters and athletes to show your support, learn how to better support GRiT for your teams, and to serve as sweeps on group rides.
Whether you’re here to improve your skills, make new friends, or simply enjoy a weekend of fun, GRiT Retreat is the place to be. It’s not just a retreat—it’s a celebration of mountain biking, strength, and adventure!
