SATURDAY

7:00–12:00   Core race staff and volunteers will be setting up venue and course

– Volunteers always welcome! 

11:00    Pitzone Set-up Opens

11:30    GRiT Gathering at GRiT Tent

12:00   GRiT Group pre-ride: All female student-athletes and coaches welcome

1:00     Course opens for all to pre-ride
On-site event registration opens

2:00-4:00    GRiT Activities at GRiT Tent

3:30   Course Open to Continue Riding – No Stopping

4:00   Race Registration Closes

4:30   Course closes

5:00   Pitzone Set-up Closes

10:00  Camping Quiet Hours begin

Saturday evening Camping allowed and encouraged at all of our venues  (with reservations)

SUNDAY (Race Day)

5:00   Camping Quiet Hours end

7:00   Folks begin to arrive and prepare
On-Site Event Registration Opens
Pitzone Set-up Opens

7:30–8:30  Pre-ride (no riders allowed to begin pre-ride after 8:00)

7:30   On-site registration opens
Head Coach Event Meeting at Staging

7:45    Last entry for Pre-Ride

8:00   Pitzone Set-Up Closes

8:15    Course closes
Race staging begins

8:30   Racing Begins

11:00   Food Trucks begin serving lunch (times vary)

1:00    On-site registration closes

3:15    Racing ends
Course & infield tear down
Pitzone Tear-Down opens

3:00   Food trucks begin to close down (times vary)

4:00   Recognitions & Awards

5:00   Everyone should be ready to head home

5:30   Venue closes
