WI League 2021 Race Weekend Camping Information and Registration

Hello,
I’m sure it’s not a surprise that we are literally “busting out at the seams” of our camping spaces at some of our race venues. With that said, we have come up with a few simple “asks” and policy changes.

CAMPING AND PARKING INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FOR RACE #1 AT MINOOKA PARK WILL BE MANAGED BY WAUKESHA COUNTY PARKS

Camping
$25/night
Please click here if you would like to reserve a camping spot at Race #1 at Minooka Park. Camping reservations will also include a free parking pass.

Please reserve your camping prior to 12 noon on Friday, September 10th, at which time the reservations will close. There will be no camping reservations taken at the park.

Campers will need to bring a copy of their camping purchase with them when they come to the park. If they do not bring a printed out copy, we cannot guarantee they will not receive a parking permit violation.

Parking
$5.50/day – Please consider pre-purchasing a parking pass for 1 or both days to alleviate long lines. Please purchase your pre-paid parking prior to 12 noon on Friday, September 10th. After 12pm on September 10th there will only be the option to purchase daily entrance passes upon entry.

Information below is for Race Weekends #2-5

1. Camping registration for Race Weekends 2-5 will open July 26.
2. RV space will be 15X46 – 1 vehicle allowed for each RV space reserved
3. Tent space will be 10X30 – 1 vehicle allowed for each tent space reserved
4. Only 1 vehicle will be allowed at each RV/tent space reserved. All other vehicles will need to be in parking area.
5. Upon arrival, you will need to bring proof of your “Eventbrite Camping Reservation”
6. We may not be able to put teams together.
