FESTIVAL PASSES
New in 2024: Student-athletes attending any part of an MTB Festival Weekend must purchase a festival pass. All activities are included and you can choose how you want to spend your time at each Festival.
Why this change?
In the past, only athletes racing have registered for events but Festival Weekends are so much more than racing. To sustain these events, the infrastructure costs of our incredible weekends – venue fees, portable toilets, supplies to create the courses and flow of the event, fuel for generators, emergency services, radio communication services, services of the Core Staff and more – need to be shared by all who are participating.
Purchasing Festival Passes can be combined with your Basic Registration or done later. When you are ready, choose from one of the following new options….
OPTION 1:
FESTIVAL SEASON PASS $300
Best for the student-athletes planning to attend least 4 of 67 Festivals. This discounted, all-inclusive pass provides entry to any and all Festival activities.
This one-and-done registration is due at 11:59pm on Thursday, August 29 and is $300 for the full season. This pass keeps the weekends the same price as last season and it’s like getting 2 Festivals FREE compared to option 2!
OPTION 2:
FESTIVAL SELECTIVE PASS $75-$450
Best for student-athletes planning to attend a few Festivals. Register for the Festivals that work best for you.
Selective Passes are $75 each and registration is due by 11:59pm on Thursday before the weekend. Please note, there is NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Student-athletes must be registered by the deadline in advance to attend.
Both Festival Passes include race registration but racing remains optional. The Season pass only includes the half-league race to which an athlete is assigned, either Lowes Creek or Minooka, but not both. Refunds only for doctor verified injury preventing participation. Festival passes do not include team based fees or camping.
